IT support is available from ITS.

Please contact the IT staff with any questions related to the use of computers or software by one of the following methods:


Telephone 54321 (6125 4321) - Option 1 (Central IT support); Option 9 (all other enquiries).

Staff can logon to the ITS portal using their UniID and HORUS Password to see the status of their request and add additional information if required. Notification will be recevied once request has been resolved.

The ITS Helpdesk is located on Level 4, W.K Hancock Building (West Wing), Biology Place.

Facilities and Services provide the following IT support:

  • Purchase and configuration of mobile phones and mobile devices
  • Maintenance and updates to F&S websites
  • Archibus access
  • Request for Laptop loans
  • Support in Anthony Low Building meeting rooms
