Performance and development review
(Formally know as Statement of Expectations)
Facilities and Services Division values the contribution of staff towards achieving our goals.
The University's Career and Performance Development Process is designed to nuture and support staff to excel and meet their career goals and job expectations as well as optimise their contribution to the Division and the University.
Through the CPDP, all staff members are required to participate in the annual Performance and Development Review (PDR).
The PDR is now undertaken through an online form, through the HR eForms.

Transition from Statement of expectations to Performance and development review
Staff members who currently have a paper based Performance and Development Review plan in place should continue with this process and are not required to transfer their current performance plan, or create a new Performance and Development Review using the online form.
This new online form will be expected to be utilised for the establishment of all new Performance and Development Reviews - for most F&S staff, this will occur around the start of 2016.
New staff members will be expected to complete their Performance and Development Review plan using the new online form.
F&S Annual process
All new ongoing and fixed term employees on a contract of 6 months or more must have a SoE. It is expected that a SoE be established between the staff member and supervisor within one month of commencing in the Division.
