Our services

The Facilities and Services Human Resources are provided by the Human Resources Division who work together with Colleges and Divisions to provide ANU-wide HR services which are valued, consistent, responsive and supportive to managers and staff members.

HR is your first point of contact for support and advice on a comprehensive range of human resources matters, including:

  • Staff recruitment and selection
  • Induction and new staff support
  • Remuneration, employment conditions and benefits
  • Career Performance and Development Process (formally the Statement of Expectations process)
  • Professional development and training
  • Staff health and wellbeing
  • Diversity and equity
  • Performance and conduct management
